He sent his son, who was punctual, professional, and above all, had great communication skills! He called when in route & arrived on time. Took the necessary measurements & handed off an estimate that was well within reason. He indicated they would order the springs & would be in touch early the following week. On Monday am, he called to see if this was a good day & gave me a time of arrival. They arrived on time, got the job done (in the 95 degree heat!) in a timely manner, made recommendations for annual service, but was not pushy about it. We called for a repair after our garage door froze and broke after an ice storm. Bruce called us right away and was at our house within two hours. He was very pleasant and professional to deal with. He answered a lot of our questions and went out of his way to do a couple of things to keep us from having problems through the winter and the rest of this year. Your company was recommended on a local FB page and we needed one of our openers replaced. When Bruce came he was so nice and we ended up having him quote to replace both doors and openers. The quote was reasonable so we did that instead. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company.
Bruce and Aga installed a life screen on my garage the service was excellent, the screen is awesome but what I liked the most was that they where reliable, honest and a real pleasure to deal with. If you think about anything garage related you owe it to yourself to hire them. I don’t usually leave reviews but this company deserves one 5 stars all the way.
